Purpose
As promotions coordinator, you are responsible for planning and executing the promotions for EC concerts, CoHo Shows, Quad shows, movie screenings, promoter shows, and other events including Singles Awareness Night in February.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
As webmaster, you are responsible for updating the Entertainment Council website (organizing media content, updating the event calendar, writing news posts, and uploading photos). You will also be creating Facebook events, responding to emails/messages, and updating the newsletter listserv. You will be updating online social media sites like Twitter, UndieTacos, Davis Wiki, among others.
Skills
Individuals who are self motivated, timely, and responsible are strongly encouraged to apply for this position. Some experience with art and design is strongly recommended. We ask that students who apply have a resume (with references) prepared.
