Purpose

Organize and host the Children's Discovery Fair, an educational, fun, safe, and family friendly event.

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

  • Identify and organize activities for children on Picnic Day (educational crafts and activities, entertainment, exhibits, booths, etc.)
  • Work with groups on and off campus to host a booth/exhibit.  
  • Prepare, plan, and oversee the Craft Workshop Parties.
  • Manage the budget and order supplies as necessary.  
  • Direct over 100 volunteers on Picnic Day.  
  • Hire Assistant Directors, hold weekly office hours, attend weekly board meetings, and prepare end of year Board Report.
