Purpose
Organize and host the Children's Discovery Fair, an educational, fun, safe, and family friendly event.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
- Identify and organize activities for children on Picnic Day (educational crafts and activities, entertainment, exhibits, booths, etc.)
- Work with groups on and off campus to host a booth/exhibit.
- Prepare, plan, and oversee the Craft Workshop Parties.
- Manage the budget and order supplies as necessary.
- Direct over 100 volunteers on Picnic Day.
- Hire Assistant Directors, hold weekly office hours, attend weekly board meetings, and prepare end of year Board Report.
