Purpose
Operations assistant directors help to support the Picnic Day board greatly. Assistants help ensure all other directors have equipments that is necessary for their events. They also help to problem solve and assist all directors should problems arise. Operations is very important in helping run a safe, fun, inclusive event.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
Assistants will be responsible for helping move equipment to help setup and run Picnic Day events. They must be able to lift tables, chairs, etc. Assistants will also help organize Picnic Day duties and will attend Picnic Day board meetings and hold office hours. Assistants will also help with cleaning campus and removing equipment when Picnic Day ends.
As part of your employment, you are required to subscribe to the ASUCD newsletter.
