The purpose of this position is to assist the director in planning the parade for Picnic Day. The assistants will also serve on the board. Essentially, this position is a great way to see Picnic Day from another side and get involved in our community!

Duties include, but are not limited to: weekly Wednesday meetings from 6:00pm-8:00pm, a few office hours weekly, talking to participants, organizing parade list, finding announcers, staging floats/groups, responding to e-mails, sending out mass e-mails, and having fun!
