Purpose
The purpose of this position is to help the director facilitate the kick-off of Picnic Day with the parade! This position works with ASUCD to help all assistants gain knowledge, experience, networking skills, and beneficial leadership tools.
Duties

- Organize applications
- Correspond with participants
- Weekly board meetings
- 2 office hours weekly
- Assist parade director
- Day of: be attentive on site, and helpful to organize lineup properly
