Purpose
The purpose of the Legislative Appeals Committee, also referred to as "LAC", is to maintain all legislative appellate power by reviewing legislation for consistency with and adherence to ASUCD governing documents.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
LAC shall meet on an ad-hoc basis to deliberate on all complaints that are filed requesting the review of a passed ASUCD bill or resolution.
As part of your employment, you are required to subscribe to the ASUCD newsletter.
