Purpose
Operations assistant directors help to support the Picnic Day board by helping to troubleshoot problems and assist directors in various activities. Assistants will help ensure all other Picnic Day directors have necessary equipments for events and will help to setup and teardown of event material. These responsibilities are vital to helping run safe, fun, inclusive events.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
Assistants are responsible for helping move equipment to help setup equipment for Picnic Day events. Assistants will also help organize Picnic Day duties and will attend Picnic Day board meetings as well as hold office hours. Assistants will also help with with post Picnic Day cleanup.
