Purpose

To assist the Animal Events Director in preparing for Picnic Day 2017.

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

  • Plan layout of Hutchinson Field and prepare field for Picnic Day
  • Communicate with animal groups and organizations
  • Come to weekly board meetings in winter and spring quarters
  • Maintain records of vaccine and insurance forms, site plans, and contact information of animal organizations

As part of your employment, you are required to subscribe to the ASUCD newsletter.
