Purpose
Creates, edits and maintains the Picnic Day web page and is the primary liaison with Creative Media.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
Keeps a record of hits on the website. With the Graphics Director posts current photos the Board and the events on the website. Manages the Picnic Day office computers and coordinates e-mail lists and list serves. Arranges and organizes telecommunications, including telephone lines into and out of the Picnic Day office, as well as radio and cell phone communications between Directors and university staff during Pre -Week and on Picnic Day. Collaborate with Chair and Vice Chair to create communicate trees and protocols that will be utilized during Picnic Day. Contracts sound providers and serves as the liaison between the Entertainment Director and her/his lineup of entertainment and the sound providers. Provides or arranges for any other amplified sound needed by any other Directors or events. Keeps log of calls, checks the phone messages and distributes the messages to the Board on the Message Board. Recruits and supervises three Assistant Directors. Prepares end-of- year report. Attends weekly Board meetings and other meetings as needed. Holds mandatory office hours 7-10 hours per Be able to work on website and update Picnic Day info daily
