Purpose
Assist the Special Events Director in:
- Planning Pre-Week (outreach and publicity for Picnic Day)
- Organizing information booths
- Organizing Give Day
- Promoting Picnic Day to campus
- Collaborating with campus departments
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
- Going to at least 2 or more hours of office hours each week
- Assist in activities to plan Pre-Week
- Attend weekly board meetings
- Work Pre-Week
- Tabling and Flyering
