Maintains and oversees (with the Chair) the ASUCD budget for Picnic Day, as well as organizes the annual Administration luncheon.

Coordinates purchase orders, reimbursements, recharges, reviews monthly budget statements and other business functions. Advises Chair on budget matters. Works with the Vice Chair in drafting and sending out letters and sponsorship packets to businesses requesting sponsors to support Picnic Day. Also, coordinates with Vice Chair on ordering office supplies, T-shirts, sweatshirts. Oversees the coordination of Grandstand and Ice-cream social tickets. Coordinates staffing and volunteers for info booths on the day of. Coordinates training for board about business processes and procedures. Coordinates all Campus Food Vendors and the hiring of student employees for the vendor. Attends bi-monthly meetings with ASUCD controller and ASUCD Business Manager to work on the budget. After Picnic Day, assists the Chair in preparing the budget for the following fiscal year. Prepares end-of year report. Attends weekly Board meetings. Takes minutes at weekly board meetings and sends them to board via email. Holds mandatory office hours 8-12 per week.
