Purpose

Assist the Human Resources Manager in sustaining current employee morale and facilitating morale building activities for employees. Unitrans is an equal opportunity employer

 

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

  1. Plan Retention Events and Activities for Employees

    1. Meet regularly with the HRM to discuss retention efforts and evaluate effectiveness

    2. Plan at least two employee appreciation events per quarter

    3. Create a calendar with events and deadlines to achieve stated goals

    4. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create content (media, designs, etc.) to promote Unitrans retention events

    5. Coordinate the set-up and take-down of supplies at retention events

    6. Plan and execute the Winter Ball for employees and alumni

 

  1. Facilitate Unitrans Employee Social Media Related to Retention

    1. Oversee the Unitrans “Uni-ted Fun” Facebook page and keep it updated with current events

    2. Assist in monitoring the “Unitrans and Beyond” Facebook page with relevant information

    3. Promote events and participation via social media and in-person interactions
