Organizes and coordinates logistical/operations needs and set-ups for Picnic Day.

This includes vehicles, gators, golf carts, stages and stairs, tables, chairs, fencing, water hookups, recycling, solid waste, tents, field use, porta-potties, etc. Works closely with Facilities Services, MU, Grounds, Intermurals, Recycling, and Custodial Departments. Prepares schedule and staffing for setting-up and taking down and returning stages, tents, picnic area, tables, chairs, fencing, bike pods, signs, etc., throughout pre-week and on Picnic Day. Serves as the liaison between Picnic Day and the Facilties Project Manager. Creates table/chair checkout system and vehicle use system. Attends regular Facilities Services meetings. Selects and supervises and trains 3 Assistant Directors. Prepares end-of year report. Attends weekly Board meetings. Holds mandatory office hours 7-10 hours per week beginning in winter.
