Purpose

Researchers, plans and organizes all animal events that occur on Picnic Day.

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

Works with various off and on campus groups to coordinate 35-45 Picnic Day animal events (includes Doxy Derby, Sheepdog trials, etc). Works closely with Intramural and Grounds to coordinate field usage. Coordinates equipment, electrical, water and space needs for the events. Creates applications and confirmation materials and administers relevant Picnic Day and university policies. Attends weekly Board meetings. Attends other meetings as necessary.  Holds mandatory office hours beginning in Fall quarter.
