Purpose

This is a volunteer position for those who are interested in getting involved in one of the biggest tradition/event at UC Davis. Special Events deals with various components of Picnic Day including the pre-week before the day of Picninc Day as well as some events on the actual day of Picnic Day.

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

  • Assist the Special Events Director in planning, organizing, and leading the pre-week events and the special events of Picnic Day. 
  • Attend office hours (2 hours a week)
  • Be available on the day of Picnic Day 2014 (April 12) ALL DAY
