Purpose

The Night Keeping Coordinator shall act as nighttime security and help watch over the festival during closing hours to protect the grounds, stages and booths overnight.

Duties

  • Attend weekly meetings Thursdays @ 7pm, starting Winter Quarter until the festival
  • Must be available for the Weekend of the Festival; May 11-13, 2018
  • Must commit to helping set up and clean up the days leading up to the festival (May 9 & 10,2018) and the day after the festival (May 14,2018)
  • Must submit a monthly Staff Report to Directors online
  • Secure all necessary equipment for Night Keeping by providing your needs list to the Logistics Coordinators
  • Work with Aggie Hosts
  • Oversee the Festival Dome during the night throughout the festival
  • Assist in recruiting volunteers to help watch and secure the festival at night
  • Assist Chaos Control Coordinators in training volunteers for the festival
