The Chaos Control Coordinator shall help publicize, recruit, and train volunteers for the festival, as well as acquire and provide the festival T-shirts for volunteers and staff.


  • Attend weekly meetings Thursdays @ 7pm, starting Winter Quarter until the festival
  • Must be available for the Weekend of the Festival; May 11-13, 2018
  • Must commit to helping set up and clean up the days leading up to the festival (May 9 & 10,2018) and the day after the festival (May 14,2018)
  • Must submit a monthly Staff Report to Directors online
  • Actively publicize for volunteer recruitment of all positions in the festival
  • Host volunteer meetings, events, and trainings weekly during Spring Quarter
  • Secure all necessay equipment for the Festival Dome by providing your needs list to the Logistics Coordinators
  • Oversee the Festival Dome during the festival, providing customer service and volunteer check-in services
  • Create all festival T-shirts for volunteers and staff
  • Work closely with the Publicity Coordinator to find and attend tabling events and print recruitment fliers
