Purpose

Assistants will be given various tasks throughout the quarter. They will make certain that all other directors have equipment vital to their events. Operations in an important part of Picnic Day. Assistant directors will be crucial in ensuring that Picnic Day runs smoothly.

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

Assistants will help problem solve and assist directors when problems arise. They will also help move equipment to help setup and run Picnic Day events. They also must be able to lift tables, chairs, etc... They must be able to attend weekly board meetings and hold office hours. Will also clean-up after Picnic Day.

As part of your employment, you are required to subscribe to the ASUCD newsletter.
