Purpose

The purpose of this position is to assist the Director in planning the parade for Picnic Day. The assistants will also serve on the board. Essentially, this position is a great way to see Picnic Day from another side and get involved in our community.

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Weekly Wednesday meetings from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
  • Weekly office hours
  • Talking to participants
  • Organizing parade list
  • Finding announcers
  • Staging floats/groups
  • Responding to emails
  • Sending out mass emails
  • Having fun

As part of your employment, you are required to subscribe to the ASUCD newsletter.

Skills

Would like to see frequent use of email, organization, flexibility, and proficient skills in mapping or using a computer
