Purpose
Creates and prepares entry forms for all departments on campus to schedule their exhibits/tours, lectures, etc. for Picnic Day and recruits off-campus non -profit group exhibits.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
Assists Advisor in approval and coordination of Departmental food events. Serves as liaison with SPAC and CAAA re: departmental alumni BBQs, breakfasts, lunches and with Departmental Hospitality Tents. Administers relevant campus Picnic Day policies. Serves as Picnic Day contact for departmental events. Coordinates logistics and publicizes exhibits on Picnic Day. Coordinates exhibits judging contest. Selects and supervises 3 Assistant Directors. Prepares end-of year report. Attends weekly board meetings. Holds mandatory office hours 7-10 hrs per week beginning in Fall quarter.
