Purpose
The ASUCD Judicial Council is the official adjudicative body of ASUCD and an independent branch of student government. Judicial Council issues binding rulings in resolution of issues that arise under the ASUCD governing documents.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
- Attend weekly Council meetings (Monday 6pm)
- Take minutes at all Judicial Council meetings
- Deliver all Judicial Council opinions, memos and notices
- Supervise the administration of the ASUCD Judicial Branch
As part of your employment, you are required to subscribe to the ASUCD newsletter.
