Purpose

To work with student organizations, sports clubs, and ASUCD units to produce the Student Organization Fair on the quad.

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

Creates applications and an application process for the Student Organization Fair. Works with over 90 student organizations to organize SOF on the quad. With SPAC, coordinates the Food Booth Lottery, Food Booth Orientation and One-Stop Approval Meeting. Works closely with Environmental Health and Safety, Fire and SPAC to implement university policies re: food sales Fire. Recruits, trains, and supervises  Assistant Directors. On Picnic Day, the Director is in charge of overseeing the quad area to insure that the Fair runs smoothly. Prepares end-of-year report. Attends weekly Board meetings and weekly meetings with SOF Advisor. Holds mandatory officer hours each week beginning in Fall Quarter.
