Purpose

The Environmental Policy and Planning Commission (EPPC) is an advisory board to the ASUCD Senate. It is responsible for researching environmental issues affecting campus and providing recommendations for improvement.  EPPC writes and enforces environmental legislation, raises awareness on campus, and works with multiple bodies to address environmental concerns. 

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

 -Attend and participate in weekly meetins

-Coordinate events

-Outreach to other organizations

-Write and edit environmental legislation for ASUCD

-Provide input and effective support around issues of sustainability, environmental justice, and other environmental issues.

 

As part of your employment, you are required to subscribe to the ASUCD newsletter.

-Prior experience in environmental work preferred, but not required
