Purpose
To assist the Promotions Director in communicating with various campus departments and groups for marketing our events.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
- Collect and manage email list contacts
- Develop relationships with campus officials from student housing, college advising, major advising, panhellenic council, and other student engaging groups
- Attend 1 hour staff meetings each week plus additional promotions team meetings
As part of your employment, you are required to subscribe to the ASUCD newsletter.
Skills
- Proficient in Google suite and Microsoft office
