Serves as liaison between TAPS, campus Police, city Police and the Picnic Day Board.

Attends regular planning meetings with TAPS and campus Police to plan comprehensive parking and traffic management system for visitors. Selects, trains, and supervises 3 Assistant Directors. Serves as liaison between campus departments and Picnic Day regarding parking needs. Designs and issues special Picnic Day parking permits and coordinates signage for parking. Works with Unitrans to coordinate bus and shuttle service for Picnic Day. Creates visible signage for the shuttle service. Prepares end-of year report. Attends weekly Board meetings. Holds mandatory office hours each week beginning Fall Quarter.
