Purpose
To assist the Special Events Director in organizing pre-week and running information booths on Picnic Day
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
- Attend 2-4 office hours per week
- Attend weekly board meetings
- Assist in planning pre-week
- Help table and flyer for Picnic Day
- Work pre-week (April 8-12) and Picnic Day (April 13)
- Represent and promote a safe Picnic Day to campus
As part of your employment, you are required to subscribe to the ASUCD newsletter.
