Purpose
Organizes and coordinates logistical/operations needs and set-ups for Picnic Day.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
Helps plan Picnic Day kick-off with Vice Chair and Chair. Organizes and coordinates vehicles, gators, golf carts, stages and stairs, tables, chairs, fencing, water hookups, recycling, solid waste, tents, field use, porta-potties, etc. Works closely with Facilities Services, MU, Grounds, Recycling, and Custodial Departments. Prepares schedule and staffing for setting-up and taking down and returning stages, tents, picnic area, tables, chairs, fencing, signs, etc., throughout pre-week and on Picnic Day. Serves as the liaison between Picnic Day and Facilties Creates table/chair checkout system Attends regular Facilities Services meetings. Selects, supervises, and trains Assistant Directors. Prepares end-of year report. Attends weekly Board meetings. Holds mandatory office hours each week beginning Fall Quarter.
