Purpose
As an Exhibits Assistant Director, you will be essential in the planning of outstanding and spectacular exhibits, attractions, and shows at Picnic Day 2019.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
- Attend weekly board meetings (Wednesdays 6:10-8:00pm)
- Attend weekly office hours
- Assist the Exhibits Director in recruiting and organizing Picnic Day Exhibits and events
- Organize schedule and layout of exhibits for Picnic Day
As part of your employment, you are required to subscribe to the ASUCD newsletter.
