Purpose
Creates and prepares entry forms for all departments on campus to schedule their exhibits,tours, lectures, or shows for Picnic Day.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
Updates application for Exhibits on Picnic Day with Chair. Keeps track of applications and other relevant forms. Administers relevant campus Picnic Day policies. Serves as Picnic Day contact for departmental events. Coordinates logistics and publicizes exhibits on Picnic Day. Coordinates exhibits judging contest. Selects, trains, and supervises Assistant Directors. Prepares end-of year Board Report. Attends weekly board meetings. Holds mandatory office hours each week beginning in Fall Quarter.
