Maintains the Picnic Day web site, coordinates with Creative Media, and ensures Picnic Day Board of Directors has all necessary technical equipment

Keeps a record of hits on the website. With the Graphics Director posts current photos the Board and the events on the website. Manages the Picnic Day office computers and coordinates e-mails. Be able to work on website and update Picnic Day information daily. Arranges and organizes telecommunications, including telephone lines into and out of the Picnic Day office, as well as radio and cell phone communications between Directors and university staff during Pre -Week and on Picnic Day. Contracts sound providers and serves as the liaison between the Entertainment Director and her/his lineup of entertainment and the sound providers. Provides or arranges for any other amplified sound needed by any other Directors or events. Recruits and supervises Assistant Directors. Prepares end-of- year report. Attends weekly Board meetings and other meetings as needed. Holds mandatory office hours beginning Fall Quarter.
