Serve as one of the primary staffers, advisors, and assistants to the ASUCD Executive Leadership (including the ASUCD President) on organizational improvement of ASUCD, particularly in regards to: Diversity & Inclusion, Training & Development, and Process Improvement.

-Meet with other members of the executive office on a weekly basis, to discuss and implement special projects dedicated to organizational improvement

-Propose any relevant project ideas

-Bring creative ideas and a willingness to work on a variety of organizational improvement projects


Tasks may include but are not limited to: 

-Assisting with the development of programs aimed at diversity & inclusion in the association, training & development, dialogue & conflict management, research & data collection, and/or process improvement

-Improving ASUCD policies and practices


The duties of each executive staffer will vary based on the executive staffer’s interests and the needs of the student association.

-passion or interest in one or more of the listed duties

-ability to learn quickly

-prior experience in business, law, operations, and/or management is a plus, but is not at all required

Prior experience with ASUCD is not required. Individuals of all majors, backgrounds, and interests are encouraged to apply.
