Work on a student-led team to continually evaluate the needs of students during COVID, and complete special advocacy and educational projects to advocate for and protect the health and wellness of UC Davis students.

  1. Meet with the task force on a weekly basis; propose any relevant project ideas to the task force.

  2. Follow local and national news to remain up to date on the evolution of the COVID pandemic. 

  3. Create and manage both virtual and in-person campaigns to educate students about health and wellness resources on and off campus during COVID.

  4. Tasks may include but are not limited to: researching COVID for the task force, surveying students to understand needs during the pandemic, event planning in consultation with ASUCD Advisor and management , graphic design in consultation with Creative Media



  1. Ability to remain up-to-date on COVID-related news for the duration of your position.

  2. Ability to think critically about how best to provide students with information and resources during a pandemic.

  3. Strong passion and work ethic.

  4. Consistent communication with task force leaders about your availability and schedule.

  5. Graphic design skills welcome, but not required.

  6. Previous experience in ASUCD is not required; applicants of a variety of backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
