Purpose

Work on a student-led team to help represent disability rights on campus.

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

 

  1. Meet with the task force on a weekly basis; propose any relevant project ideas to the task force.

  2. Tasks may include but are not limited to: outreach to the student disability community, research and advocacy on the needs of the student disability community, educational events.

Skills

 

  1. Creativity and flexibility; willingness to contribute to a variety of projects.

  2. Passion for advocacy on behalf of the UC Davis disability community.

  3. Consistent communication with task force leaders about your availability and schedule.

  4. Strong work ethic.

  5. Previous experience in ASUCD is not required; applicants of a variety of backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
