Advocacy work to promote access to basic needs and cross-collaboration between units in the COVID-19 crisis
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
Meet with the task force on a weekly basis.
Propose any relevant project ideas to the task force.
Bring creative ideas and a willingness to work on cohesion between basic needs and student services on campus in light of COVID-19
Keep fellow task force members updated on personal progress as related to the task force.
Maintain communication with basic needs departments within ASUCD and on campus, and advise the Executive Office and ASUCD leadership.
Holding oneself accountable to accomplish assigned tasks.
Creativity and flexibility; willingness to contribute to a variety of projects.
Passion for advocacy on behalf of UC Davis students.
Comfort with virtual communication, ie with campus staff and campus leaders.
A drive to help fellow community members access basic necessities.
Previous experience in ASUCD is not required; applicants of a variety of backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
