Purpose
Choose and schedule performances from campus and local performing groups on Picnic Day stages.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
- Create application and approval process, which includes reviewing demos
- Select the appropriate number of performing groups, children’s enntertainment group, and animal entertainment groups and draft the schedule for day-of
- Maintain contact with groups and communicate logistics with them
- Collaborate with Technical Director on sound equipment needs
- Hire Assistant Directors, hold weekly office hours, attend weekly board meetings and 1x1s, and prepare end of year board report.
