Purpose

To collaborate with the Business Director contact and reach out to sponsors, manage the Picnic Day budget, and serve as a member of the Picnic Day board.

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

  • Build relationships with potential sponsors
  • Send cold-emails, make cold-calls, and sell the Picnic Day sponshorship perks to potential sponsors
  • Collaborate with fellow Assistant Directors and Directors
  • Attend weekly board meeting 6:10-7:30PM on Wednesdays nights
