Purpose

To collaborate with Entertainment Director in planning, reviewing, and organizing the entertainment for Picnic Day. This includes Animal Events and Children's Discovery Fair (CDF) entertainment. 

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

  • Communicate with potential performers
  • Attend weekly board meetings 6:10-7:30PM on Wednesday's nights
  • Review submissions to ensure they comply with Picnic Day Guidelines 

Skills

  • Knowledge of video editing software and Youtube is a plus but not required
  • Creative and attentive to details 
  • Ability to work well with teams, excellent time management skills, and organized
