Purpose
To work with the Exhibits Director to plan spectacular exhibits, attractions, and shows for Picnic Day.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
- Recruit and organize Picnic Day Exhibits and events.
- Organize and communicate any schedules or specific parameters for exhibits for virtual Picnic Day.
- Facilitate inter-campus collaborations for virtual Picnic Day.
- Attend weekly board meeting 6:10-7:30PM on Wednesday nights.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communicator and good time management and organization skills.
- Comfortable speaking to University faculty.
