To work with the Technical Director in all things related to the Picnic Day website, ensuring virtual Picnic Day goes smoothly, and serving as a member of the Board.

  • Design and maintain the Picnic Day website.
  • Organize and manage any sound systems or technical requirements for virtual Picnic Day.
  • Collaborate with other Assistant Directors and Directors.
  • Attend weekly board meeting 6:10-7:30PM on Wednesday nights.


  • Effective communicator.
  • Experience working with WordPress, Zoom, and other related technologies is a plus, but not required.
  • Willing to learn new skills.
  • Good time management and organization skills.
