Purpose

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

  1. Assist in processing employee timecards
  2. Maintain records of employee hours
  3. Answer payroll questions
  4. Organize information into excel spreadsheets
  5. Coordinate tasks with other assistants and the PRM
  6. Regularly check email for tasks and payroll updates
  7. Must meet deadlines set by PRM and communicate
  8. CAN WORK REMOTELY 

Skills

No experience is required, but familiarity with Excel, online filing systems, and Adobe PDFs is beneficial. Must be comfortable handling confidential information and maintain professionalism. Work hours are flexible, although must be available every other Sunday (unless a valid reason) to close the pay period. Knowledge of Unitrans operations is preferred.
