Purpose
The ASUCD Court has the ultimate authority to interpret the ASUCD constitution. It reviews previously enacted legislation and reviews complaints regarding any office or body of ASUCD.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
To run the court meetings, report to the ASUCD senate every senate meeting and cast the breaking votes when necessary.
Skills
Familiar with ASUCD constitution and bylaws.
Supervision or managerial experience.
