Purpose

ECAC organizes programs that spark conversation and have a social, cultural, and political connection to students. ECAC is also responsible for investigating and recommending policies and programs concerning historically underrepresented communities at UC Davis and for establishing relationships with on-campus and off-campus entities affecting marginalized students and their quality of life at the university.

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

  • Attend weekly commission meetings
  • Attend senate meetings once a quarter
  • Attend one cultural event a quarter
  • Collaborate with other commission members to put on programs outside of commission meetings from 3-5 hours per week
