Purpose
The ASUCD Court is responsible for interpreting the wording of the ASUCD Constitution and legislation enacted pursuant to the Constitution. Once appointed, members of the court serve for the remainder of their membership in ASUCD, as long as it does not exceed four years.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
- Serve as the presiding member in all ASUCD Court hearings and meetings
- Assist and oversee the Associate Justices
- Run court meetings
- Report to the ASUCD Senate every quarter
- Cast breaking votes
