Purpose

As an Exhibits Assistant Director, you will be essential in the planning of outstanding and spectacular exhibits, attractions, and shows at Picnic Day 2020.

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

  • Attend weekly board meetings (Wednesdays 6:10-8:00pm)
  • Attend weekly office hours
  • Assist the Exhibits Director in recruiting and organizing Picnic Day Exhibits and events
  • Organize schedule and layout of exhibits for Picnic Day
