Purpose
The purpose of this position is to assist the Director in planning the parade for Picnic Day. The assistants will also serve on the board. Essentially, this position is a great way to see Picnic Day from another side and get involved in our community.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Weekly meetings
- Weekly office hours
- Talking to participants
- Organizing parade list
- Finding announcers
- Staging floats/groups
- Responding to emails
- Sending out mass emails
- Having fun
Skills
Would like to see frequent use of email, organization, flexibility, and proficient skills in mapping or using a computer.
