Purpose

MHI houses both the UC Davis Mental Health Conference and UC Davis Mental Health Awareness Month, two major events which aim to engage students in destigmatization and education efforts, prompt attendees to organize around mental health issues, and offer them the opportunity for self-reflection and healing through mental health discourse. 

The Chief of Staff position is mainly responsible for assisting the Unit Director and the Point Director with managing MHI throughout the year.

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

Assist directors as needed/necessary, maintain communication between directors and board members, and ensure board members are following appropriate protocols. 

Skills

  • One year of MHI board experience preferred
