Purpose
The objective of the ABO is to bring together members do f the UC Davis community and develop a plan about how outreach can be accomplished through ASUCD. Specifically, the committee creates ideas to cater to middle school, high school, and transfer students who have the desire to attend UC Davis and other institutions of higher education. Creating this committee in ASUCD helps concentrate leaders in outreach so that they can use their skills to foster the leadership potential of future Aggies.
Duties
As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.
Report to the ASUCD Senate on a quarterly basis, reserve weekly meeting rooms, coordinate meeting times, act as a contact person for other on-campus and off-campus organizations, meet with the ASUCD Senate Representatives bi-weekly on programs and projects, and print out weekly agendas.
Skills
Must be highly motivated, responsible, and interested in outreach to potential students.
