Purpose

To assist the Animal Events Director in preparing for Picnic Day 2023

  • Plan layout of Hutchison Field and Russell Field or Picnic Day 
  • Communicate with animal groups and organizations 
  • Attend weekly board meetings in Winter and Spring quarters
