Purpose

Judicial Council clerks provide general assistance to the Judicial Council. They have a broad range of tasks from helping with public outreach to proofreading memos and opinions. We are looking to hire more than one clerk, so the duties and responsibilities will be shared amongst multiple individuals. 

Duties

As a part of ASUCD, you agree to subscribe to the ASUCD Newsletter.

(1) Take meeting minutes (2) Keep track of Judicial Council’s progress in reviewing legislation (3) Ensure virtual access to meetings (4) Conduct legal research (5) Organize Judicial Council documents (6)  Update all public information about the Judicial Council with the Student Government Administrative Office (7) Update Judicial Council website and social media accounts (8) Proofreading memos, opinions, and other deliberations  (9) provide for the general administration of the ASUCD Judicial Branch.
