The purpose of this position is to assist the Director in planning the parade for Picnic Day. The assistants will also serve on the board.

Duties include, but not limited to: Weekly meetings, Weekly office hours, Talking to participants, Organizing parade list, Finding announcers, Staging floats/groups, Responding to emails, Sending out mass emails, and Having fun
